All financial transactions on megaph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). megaph supports a range of locally relevant payment methods, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash-in, USDT, and Coins.ph, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
megaph processes deposits and withdrawals in accordance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance framework. All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and be directed to financial accounts held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of funds and potential account suspension.

All content on the megaph Platform — including, without limitation, the megaph brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of megaph or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
No content from the megaph Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of megaph. Limited, non-commercial personal use is permitted solely for the purpose of accessing and enjoying the Services as intended.

The Company operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and provides players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and voluntary self-exclusion options.
Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to make use of megaph's self-exclusion tool, accessible from their Account Settings. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion; doing so is a violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, megaph's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
megaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether megaph had been advised of the possibility of such damages. megaph's Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind.
megaph reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Player's account at any time, with or without notice, where megaph reasonably determines that the Player has violated these Terms, applicable law, or any regulatory requirement imposed by PAGCOR or other competent authority. Upon termination for cause, any balance attributable to fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant activity may be forfeited in full.
Players may close their megaph account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding balance — net of pending bonus wagering requirements and applicable checks — will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method, subject to identity verification.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the megaph Platform that cannot be resolved through megaph's internal customer support escalation process shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, megaph is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
megaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
